17th August - green

For breakfast this morning I had a yummy bacon & egg sandwich! Using both my HEB's but it was so worth it!!!!




Lunch was a pasta quiche for which I'll post recipe for separate.

I then treated myself to a cappuccino using milk from my HEA choice and a curly wurly! It was yummy.




Now I need to get some fruit or veg inside me!!!!!

Dinner was pasta with a fresh pasta sauce mixed through. I then grated mozzarella over & popped under the grill. It was yummy!

Followed by a activa fat free yogurt & some blackberries.

So didn't do too well on the 5 fruit & veg today!!!!

Monday 16th August

Day late but I was at work yesterday. My last Monday evening shift which made me happy! 


So what did I have to eat? 


Breakfast - Bran flakes with skimmed milk & 2 cups of tea! 


Banana & can of diet coke for snack


Lunch was a Jacket potato with baked beans & 28g of cheddar. Also had flora so used syns for that. 
Followed with a bag of quavers & a muller light. 


Dinner was veg curry & rice. Home made so totally free!


Stepped on scales this am & was 11 stone 1 & 1/4. Am happy with that! 
Will try & remember recipe for Veg curry in a bit & post it.

Not done very well have I!

I started off with such good intentions!


I am going to try & keep this up now as I have had a off week & I need something to focus me. 


So I will hopefully do a post each day (if not 2!) with what I have eaten that day, any good recipe's I have found etc etc. 


So will you follow my journey?

Well after a couple of years of not going to slimming world I am
Back!

I want to use this blog as a kind of diary to keep me on the straight & narrow!!!!

So day 2!
I have a stone as my 1st target.

So for breakfast today I had a bowl of blueberries, raspberries
& banana with a muller light yogurt & I topped with some crunchy cereal. I guessed the cereal at 2 syns. I washed this down with a yummy cappuccino using my A option.

We then went off to the local pool with the boys. Not sure it was enough to be classed as body magic though!!!!

Lunch consisted of a plate full of ryvitas with tuna, cheese, ham, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, grapes. It was nice sitting in garden grazing while I read a holiday brochure!





For dinner I'm going to do some chicken & roasted veg.

Start of week 2!

Hi everyone.
I don't know if anyone will ready this but I want to do it to chart my own progress & have a little online diary to keep me on track!

So, my name is Michelle & I am 36 & live in South London.

I was 12 stone exactly on New Years day.
I have been following the SW diet for 2 weeks now & have lost 4 lbs. :-)

So what I plan on doing is sharing recipes, my WI info & just how I am doing!


When I am feeling brave I will take some pics along the way so hopefully we will be able to see a new slimline me in a few months!

Now I am off to Asda to buy lots of SW friendly food!
